そのフロッグマン誕生30周年を記念して、2代目フロッグマン（DW-8500）を復刻したスペシャルモデルです。

丸いケースでは珍しい左右非対称のデザインで発売当時から話題となりました。
太陽光を動力源をするタフソーラーを搭載。
ケースバックにはフロッグマンのキャラクターの潜水ガエルがデザインされています。
バックライト点灯時にも文字盤に浮かび上がります。

This special model is a reissue of the second generation Frogman (DW-8500) to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Frogman’s birth.
The asymmetrical design, unusual for a round case, was a topic of conversation from the time of its release.
The watch is equipped with Tough Solar, which is powered by sunlight.
The case back features a design of a diving frog, the character of Frogman.
It also appears on the dial when the backlight is turned on.
